yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra is thousands of years old practise of 'yogic sleep' where we are connecting with self , observing our self  and disconnecting from the outer world. We want to switch from external to internal.

Purpose is to highten awareness of mind and get awareness going to inner world, becoming free from concepts of time, space and reason and let brain activity to reduce, which allows body to enter into healing state.

Yoga Nidra is beautiful, powerful and simple practise. We lye on the floor, covered by blanket, eyes closed peacefully without any physical movement and we use guided meditation to experience conscious deep relaxation.
